Been a long time customer. This place is legit. Not only is the food amazing, the people are great as well. I'm a Pork Sandwich with Hushpuppies kinda guy. And oh the ribs. You know good barbecue by one telling factor, if it doesn't need sauce to taste good.

Our Story
Gerald Duncan opened Hillbilly's BBQ & Steaks in Lowell NC in June of 1989. The second location was opened in Gastonia NC in 1991. From the very first day to now the same philosophy is still going strong. Great food at affordable prices. We love our BBQ but also have other options. Chicken, Steaks and St. Louis style Ribs and more. We have a great kids menu also. Come visit us at our new location at 305 S. Main Lowell.
